model, more time is required.

very rapidly but not efficiently. This rapid work cycle depletes the blood sugar
by converting it into lactic acid within seconds. The energy loss renders the
attacker listless. At the same time, the nervous system is affected by interrupting
the tiny neurological impulses that travel throughout the muscular system. The
result is disorientation and confusion. There is no permanent damage caused
to the attacker from the use of a stun gun. They have no effect on involuntary
muscles which control the heart and respiratory systems, making them safe to
use.
With proper
use and maintenance, a stun gun will continue to be an excellent self-defense
weapon for may years. While stun guns cannot be damaged from continued firing
into an assailants body; firing the unit into dry air or for more than one second
may damage the device and void the warranty. When test firing the unit, it is
recommended that only one or two short bursts of 1/2 second or less should be
used.
