"Backorder"
means that the item you are interested in purchasing has run out of stock
and is not currently available at our store or at our supplier. We are awaiting
restock from our supplier and they might be awaiting restock from the manufacturer.
You may leave your order in Backorder status at no cost to you to ensure
your place in line when the item becomes available again.
If your order has been in Backorder status for less than thirty (30) days
when the item becomes available from our supplier, we will charge and ship
it.
If your order has been in Backorder status for over thirty (30) days, we
will notify you by email or telephone (or both) when the item has become
available giving you the option to continue with the order or to cancel.
If there has been a price increase on any item at the time the item becomes
available, we will adjust the price on your order to reflect the current
price of that item(s).
If you would like this item to be placed into Backorder status, simply place
your order as normal and we will email you the status of the item. If you
place this item on a multi-item order, we will also notify you of the Backorder
status and give you the option to separate it from the remainder of the
order or leave the order in tact and be notified upon the availability of
the backordered item. We will not automatically backorder the order or any items on the order without your approval, so upon receiving the status email, please respond and let us know if you want the item(s) backordered. Please note that splitting an order will incur an additional
shipping fee.
If you decide to proceed with the backorder service and would like to be
notified before we charge and ship the order, regardless of the item becoming
available within the thirty days, please place a note in the notes field
upon checkout, or email your wishes that you would like to be notified.
